You must be between 18 and 35 years old to self-refer to OASIS. If you are under 18 years old please speak to your GP or someone you trust about your mental health. For people aged 14-18, a professional or family member can make a referral to OASIS for you.

OASIS is an NHS mental health service for young people in South London. We provide care to young people who have distressing unusual experiences.
