Me and My Mind is a website for the OASIS service - an NHS service providing support to young people (aged 14-35) struggling with their mental health. We particularly work with people who are worried about unusual experiences like feeling paranoid or hearing voices.

We aim to help people get their lives back on track and reach their potential.
